the Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                                                                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 143(FIN) "An Act relating to crewmember fishing                                                                  
licenses; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, the                                                          
bill was referred to the Finance Committee.
